oh Leah...I haven't had an earache in years..

ya know one think that I use..with any itchiness or any feeling of infectin..

I use ..pure lavender oil in my ears on a cuetip..hmmm SP)

I have a tendencey to get some ear irritaions..and ya know...it works every time..and for years now

but the key is pure..

I am still sick..frig..3rd day on antibiotic..

my stress level has been pretty high..and will remain that way till after the holiday shoppers...are hybernating

as I am in retail~

I have started to use that Advair..but really do not want to use that for the rest of my life..

had the idea of steroids..QUITE ALOT

and the stuff is too freakin expensive too

I have been treating myself with herbs..for many years now...for my other health situations...

and really want to find the path to dealing with this new found situation..ie asthma ..without the dependence on and inhalor

once I get dancing with the dragon..I am hoping that will help my breathing situation..as all of you seem to have given me the courage to do..

just gotta get well enough to get there..
