I never used it, but I am seeing my pulmonary doctor tomorrow. I will see if they have one available to look at.

Hey MC, I saw the Mojo mask today at my doctor’s office. It was very comfortable to wear. It was very cool. The shell of the mask can be formed to fit your face better and the gel cushions was soooo much nicer against the forehead. I was going to have them order one for me, but the respiratory therapist showed me the Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow System with a chin strap. I really liked not having the full face mask and being able to touch my face. So, I am going to give the Swift a try. She said if it did not workout to call her and she would order the Mojo to replace.

The Mojo blows away the Mirage. Between the two, I would take the Mojo every time.

It looked that way. Might just by it as the Mirage was the best for me up until now. Thanks for the feedback, Lee.

Please let us know how it goes.

Do you know what cushion you have on the mirage.

My experience with Resmed mask like the mirage has not been positive despite various cushions.

So I am trying to gauge if a gel would work.

Now I'm completely curious about the Mojo Mask too. I use the ResMed Ultra Mirage and it seems to work fine BUT I have to nightly put Band-aids on the sides of my nose to keep from getting my skin irritated or ripped or get a huge zit that is so marvelously attractive (not). I keep thinking I'm going to have to nightly bandage myself no matter what mask I use. The nasal pillows are not an option for me because I am allergic to the material they are made of and the shape and placement of my nostrils makes it a poor choice for me. I'm curious about the Mojo Mask because of the gel cushion; then again, I'm concerned about allergic skin reactions. Oh the joys of OSA!

Well, I got my new mask yesterday (Mirage Swift II Nasal Pillow System) and I used it last night. I think it will take little time getting use to. The nasal plugs pumps a lot more air then masks do. It was a lot harder to talk with it on. I thought I might have some issues with my mouth coming open in the middle of the night, like I had with the nasal mask, but I didn’t. That was the whole reason I switched to the full face mask to begin with. I think it had to do with the amount of air rushing into my nose and breathing passages. It felt unnatural to open my mouth. It was kind of strange actually.

I have to say; overall, I really like it. To be able to inch your nose or drink some water without taking off your mask is very sweet. Also, it was a lot quieter and the nasal plugs did not move out of place, like they did with the Liberty.

I think after a couple of nights, I should be able to get use to the pressure. I differently recommend it.
